All Consultants are required to adhered to and promote International Medical Corps shared responsibility and obligation to report matters involving Sexual Exploitation & Abuse, Trafficking in Persons, Child Safeguarding and any suggested violation to our Code of Conduct which may involve Conflicts of Interest, Fraud, Corruption or Harassment. If you see, hear or are aware of any suggested activities then you have an obligation to report to the International Medical Corps.

- Payment
Payments are delivery-based. Any deliverable not meeting the required specifications will have to be reworked and resubmitted at no additional cost.

- The proposed payment schedule for this assignment (total budget) is variable based on the total number of working days per month, and rate based on working modality in clinic/remote.
- To be paid (e.g daily, monthly, end of assignment, on a specific date): Payment to be paid monthly.
- International Medical Corps shall pay Consultant at hourly, daily, monthly rate. The daily rate is USD 280/one working day covering Akkar area for in-clinic consultations. USD 230/one working day for remote consultations. Compensation of 30USD/day for a minimum of 30 minutes community of practice meetings/calls
- Minimum hours per day: N/A and Maximum hours per day: N/A

- In the case of phone consultations: Every 11 phone consultations will be equivalent to one working day even if not performed on the same day. The payment rate that will be followed is as the one listed on the consultant’s agreement. In case the consultant does less than the mentioned number of consultations, he/she will receive a percentage of their daily allowance equivalent to the number of sessions provided.

- The above-mentioned hours and days can be subject to change due to several factors such as non- scheduled appointments of the beneficiaries, no show up of beneficiaries, weather and road conditions, and consultants justified absenteeism. Additional days might also be requested to respond to the increased demand. Therefore, the program shows flexibility in the number of working days and/or hours/month where the consultant coordinates with the MHPSS manager in each area to approve any change and compensate for the missed days/hours when needed after discussion with program coordinator/budget holder.
Payments are made upon submission of progress reports on completed tasks, outlined against planned outputs. Based on the report and satisfactory performance, payments will be certified by the supervisor.
